Monthly Memberships have a 3-month commitment and are subject to a one-time $49 initiation fee.

Membership Policies

CANCELLATION/FREEZE:
Refunds will NOT be granted after the monthly billing takes place.
Memberships cannot be frozen and resumed in the same calendar month.
Accounts must pay one full month of dues before another status change can be made. (Ex: You suspend your membership in January and resume for February; you cannot suspend your membership again until March)
FAILED/OVERDUE PAYMENT:
Declined membership payments will result in a hold on your account.
Failed/overdue payments must be received prior to removal of the account hold
If a membership is canceled due to past-due membership charges, those overdue charges must be paid in full before a new membership can be initiated
