Bring your friends to experience the thrill, challenge, and fun of climbing! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be with your group every step of the way to ensure a memorable experience for everyone.

General Info

  • All instructors and rental gear are included with every package!

  • Parties are 120 minutes in length

  • EVERYONE entering the facility need a waiver, even if they are not climbing! Parents/guardians must fill out waivers for minors.

  • Participants MUST be at least 5 years old

  • Maximum 20 participants

  • Space for eating cake/snacks NOT included*

    • *You may request a private space to pass out and eat cake or snacks for an additional $50 for up to 45 minutes. We will provide a private room, a table, and chairs. We cannot provide plates, utensils, etc. To utilize this option, please email bkyouth@metrorock.com with your request as well as the time you’d like to use the room.

  • We work hard to make your event a special one! Please consider tipping your party staff!

Pricing

  • $400 | Up to 10 climbers (2 instructors)

  • $550 | 11-15 climbers (3 instructors)

  • $700 | 16-20 climbers (4 instructors)

  • $100 non-refundable deposit due on sign up

Safety Info

Climbing is incredibly fun for folks of all ages and abilities! However, it is also an inherently dangerous sport, so safety is our top priority. Thus, we have some important rules in place.

Children will often need additional reminders to stay aware of what’s happening around them, especially if they are young and are still learning spatial awareness. To help keep everyone safe and having fun, we ask all participants and guests to follow these gym rules:

  1. No running

  2. Stay on the black paths when moving around the gym

  3. Give climbers lots of space while they’re on the wall

  4. Do not play with the ropes (pulling, swinging, whipping, etc.)

  5. Listen to the instructors

Refund Policy: If you need to cancel an event, please let us know ASAP! Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to an event are not eligible for refund, only rescheduling.
