Partner Rescue 2: From Above

This class is aimed at climbers looking to gain introductory rescue skills in an outdoor scenario. This class focuses on top-managed scenarios where the belayer is belaying from above. This can be a single pitch or a multi-pitch scenario.

Topics covered:

• Vector Pulls, 3:1 Hauling System, 3:1 Assist Hauling system

• How to gauge when each system is appropriate 

We will cover how one can do these skills with the common climbing gear they may have on their harness on a typical outdoor climbing day. 

Gear List: If you have personal climbing gear, it is recommended you bring your own to practice with. If not, all necessary gear will be provided.

Duration: 2.5 hours
